location good, but some ISSUES
the location was central, which aided in getting around to many sights.
during My stay, the shower drain clogged badly. this resulted in standing water during showers and some inconvenience. i did report the issue but it wasn't addressed .

clogged drain difficult entrance
The shower drain was completely clogged. The water pooled around my feet. I found the entrance difficult to locate initially. Clearer signage would have been beneficial. Staff presence was minimal at times. I had difficulty locating someone when I needed assistance. These issues impacted the overall experience.

Excellent Riverfront Location
superb location dining option bright room efficient aircon
The location is amazing I could walk to many attractions. Many dining options are located nearby the building. I enjoyed the bright standard city view room. Air conditioning worked very well .
The hotel entrance lacked clear markings I had a bit of trouble finding it initially.

Fantastic River Views
simple check smooth transportation great view
Check in was simple. The hotel arranged transportation from the airport for me. That transportation went smoothly. The staff spoke English and provided a nice breakfast. The common space has a great view of the river. I could walk along the waterfront outside the hotel.
The drain in the shower didn't work very well.

The hotel is right on the river and close TO restaurants. It is also near shops and historical sites. The waterfront is just outside the hotel, which makes it very convenient for walks.

The staff was friendly and helpful . They provided suggestions and maps of THE area. Breakfast service was great every morning. The staff always ensured everything was well stocked and clean.

really good location wide selection helpful staff
the location was really good, right on the riverfront. breakfast was a highlight, with a wide selection and attention to dietary needs. i found the staff very cute and helpful. the breakfast service accommodated my early departure with a takeaway option.
i found the lack of wardrobe space in the room somewhat limiting for a longer stay. tea and coffee making facilities would have added convenience.
